Am Meer is German for by the ocean.
The ocean has always been my peaceful space. My mind seems to be constantly running and rarely feels there is a time when it is calm. Outside of going to the beach (which can get expensive!), making jewelry has become a way to help me focus on one task which lessens feelings of being overwhelmed. After being diagnosed with ADHD, I understood that what had started out as a possible hyperfixation had become a way to not only help myself but bring beauty to others who tend to loose and break things like I do!
